If you think at this point that my main food group might be pasta, you are not that far off I would say a close contender is my love for soup, but let’s save that for another day. Today we are talking about Arrabbiata Sauce – aka Angry Sauce, essentially this is a perfectly spicy pasta sauce. Is there ANYTHING better than pasta and spicy food? I don’t know about you but I am so ready for spring, I will pretend I’m warm by eating spicy food instead. Somehow in the spring it never seems like there are enough hours in a day, but somehow getting to look forward to the warm weather is enough to keep me going. This weekend goals are to do some spring cleaning. I say “some” because I have this sneaking suspicion that it will be a very long spring cleaning season.
There is the sorting and packing away of winter clothes, the deep cleaning and scrubbing, airing out the house, and not to mention getting the yard in some semblance of order. I have a big goal of getting my garden up and actually running this year. Last year was a good learning experience but this year I am super excited to grow enough food to add it into my dinners!
