Chocolate Coconut Layer Bars: Jump to Recipe
Next on our list of holiday goodies is Chocolate Coconut Layer Bars AKA Seven layer bars are to die for good. The chocolate and the coconut pair together so fantastically and the ingredients sort of caramelize in the oven to give the bar a slightly chewy texture, and don’t get me started on how much I LOVE walnuts in anything dessert related.
This recipe is way easy to assemble and it makes a great dessert to bring to any holiday function you may attend this season. Plus it obviously travels way better than cookies would. These decadent bars will probably not make it home with you so be sure to bake a pan for yourself too. At Pot of Gold we love not having to mince or chop by hand, because how tedious? We recommend using some sort of tool especially if you are chopping something as tedious as walnuts. Click here to redirect to our shopping page if you are interested in this time saving awesomeness.
