Guilt free pasta, I don’t know if I have ever said better words… So we just posted a few days ago an amazing recipe for Alfredo pasta, but as I promised we have a recipe for anyone who wants to stay away from foods that wouldn’t fit into a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle. The recipe is incredibly simple and low cost to produce! This recipe can be used as a main dish or as a side. Either way it is delicious, healthy, and simple. What a great way to incorporate healthy food into any lifestyle!
- 1 spaghetti squash
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
-
Cup squash in half
-
brush cut sides with olive oil
-
sprinkle generously with salt and pepper
-
Bake 350 degrees
-
Bake 1 hr or until fork tender
-

Here are some visual ideas for ways to style this recipe, which is honestly probably endless. We have a photo of simply adding a bit of salsa to the spaghetti squash. This is so great because it is so simple and healthy, so win win for that issue. It is great as a snack or if you are dieting or looking for healthy dinners this one is up your alley!
You might have noticed that our first photograph of Spaghetti Squash Butternut Squash pasta… (ALL the squash) has a bit of shredded parmesan on top of it. It’s all for the looks I swear it is just as delicious and fits into a vegan lifestyle if you don’t top the squash. Let us know how you styled your Spaghetti Squash! Did you go classic marinara sauce?
