Chocolate Spritz: Jump to Recipe
These cookies will change your life. Or seriously improve it at least. The chocolate is just a hint bitter and the white chocolate is decadently sweet. The combination works so well together that you will have to set limits of cookie intake or else you WON’T EVER STOP! We normally go more for taste here at Pot of Gold as opposed to presentation. So while these for the website are delicately drizzled with white chocolate usually we just drop a dollop in the center and call it good. I mention this because if youwant looks you should use a froster or as I like to use the trusty plastic baggie with the corner snipped off.
Cookies are so great during the holidays because they also make such a perfect gift. I am a firm believer that homemade gifts are way better than store bought. If you are thinking to use these adorable little guys as a present we recommend using a different press than the cute trees shown here. While they look great they travel horribly, say goodbye to the trunk as soon as you pack them away!
