Eating healthy has never been this easy nor did it taste this good. Homemade granola has kinda changed my life, I mean it’s the little things guys. Chewy, crunch, sweet, nutty, and honestly as good as any I have bought from a store, are just a few of my descriptors for this recipe. One of the best parts is that you can make a huge batch for a fraction of the price you would have to pay for it from the store. You can also be sure that it has all the flavor from the natural and real ingredients and it’s not just a whole bunch of sugar. It took us about three batches to perfect the recipe but we honestly weren’t that mad because even the ‘mistakes’ tasted really good. I am just sharing that because you should know that it really is darn easy to make granola, don’t get intimidated because it sounds like something only people with a lot of time on their hands can do, it’s not true, you can do it too!

Recipe Tips
- You can use a different combination of nuts if you prefer.
- I actually hate raisins so I would make it with only cranberries, and what I mean by that is to keep in mind that you could personalize this recipe with different types of dried fruits.
- If you slightly overcook the granola the worst that would happen is some browning to the nuts and also the raisins get super chewy, which I weirdly kinda liked.
- If you prefer a sweeter granola, an additional tablespoon or 2 of maple syrup or honey can be added.
- Cool completely and store in a dry airtight container.
