An easy way to make a week worth's of delicious cold brew coffee
In large glass container of choice add 1 cup ground coffee. Add 5 cups cold (filtered if possible) water. Mix well
Chill in fridge for 12-24 hours.
Strain coffee through coffee filter and mesh strainer into another container. You may have to pour slowly a cup at a time so the coffee does not overflow the filter. Let sit until all liquid is drained through.
You can rinse out original container and pour strained coffee back into original container to store in fridge. Keeps up to 5 days in fridge.
My favorite coffee to use is Highlander Grog by Alakef roasters. My favorite way to enjoy is over ice with cream.
