Cranberry Walnut Salad with Blue Cheese Crumbles

Ingredients

  • 2 breasts Chicken
  • 1 bag Craisins
  • 1 bag Walnuts
  • 1 Raspberry Vinaigrette
  • 1 container Blue Cheese Sprinkles
  • 1 bag Spinach

Instructions

  1. Dice chicken into salad appropriate sizes (think small)

  2. Sauté the chicken pieces in greek seasoning and olive oil until done

  3. Assemble the salad, the amounts are just preference but I would recommend going on the lighter side of ingredients with more leafy green spinach. The ingredients are so rich that you will be surprised at the small amount needed to make your salad healthy and satisfying
