Homemade Personal Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 4 taco shells
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 2 Italian sausage links
  • 1 bag mini peperoni
  • Anything else you want!
  • 1 bag mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Remove Italian sausage from its casing sauté in pan and chop it up with spatula while cooking 

  2. Chop vegetables of choice. Think fairly small pieces as they are going on a pizza. 

  3. Take your taco shell and drizzle olive oil, I use the back of a spoon to spread evenly (you don't need alot)

  4. Sprinkle garlic powder evenly across the shell 

  5. add vegetables and/or sausage

  6. cover with mozzarella cheese

  7. Add pepperoni 

Recipe Notes

This recipe is a little hard to explain. Simply because it is really up to you what type of ingredients to use. I recommend placing the veggies underneath the cheese layer because they tend to get a little crispy from the oven if they aren't covered. 

I have also bought classic pizza sauce (tomato based) and used that if you want a traditional pizza. I am actually not a huge fan of tomato so I adore this super simple garlic version.
