An easy homemade garlicky hummus.
In blender(or food processor)add 1 drained can chickpeas and 1 can chickpeas with liquid included, garlic, roasted red pepper, and tahini. Blend until very smooth.
Add olive oil. I add mine as blender is running. Blend well.
Taste, add extra salt and blend if needed. Refrigerate until well cooled. Serve with crackers and cut up veggies.
