Jalapeno Popper Dip

Our favorite jalapeno poppers turned into an easy to make and eat dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz lite cream cheese
  • 12 oz bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1-5 jalopenos diced fine
  • cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all together, form into a ball, sprinkle top with cayenne pepper or smokey paprika. Serve with chips or crackers of choice.

Recipe Notes

  • Can make this as spicy as one wants by increasing the amount of diced jalaopenos
  • I like to use the lite-fat cream cheese for dips as it is a softer texture than full fat cream cheese and is easier to "dip" without breaking your cracker or chip
  • Recipe is super easy to double for a larger crowd
