A quick and easy coffee cake with cinnamon streusel topping.
Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, almond, and yogurt, mix well. Add flour, mix well.
In small bowl combine streusel topping ingredients.
Spread half of the batter into a greased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of streusel topping. Gently spread remaining batter over top of streusel. Sprinkle remaining streusel on top. Drizzle 2 tbsp melted butter over top.
Bake 350 for 40 minutes
