Simple (Delicious) French Toast

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 4 pieces English Muffin Bread
  • dash salt

Instructions

  1. In low sided dish whisk together eggs, salt and milk. Add vanilla and cinnamon (if using) whisk again.

  2. Dip english muffin bread in egg mixture turning over to thoroughly coat each side. Fry on preheated buttered griddle on medium low heat until first side is browned. Turn over and complete cooking until second side is browned. Serve with butter and syrup of your choice Enjoy
